Le Quatre Saison Restaurant
Le Quatre Saison restaurant is one of Saint-Hyacinthe's top fine dining restaurants.
We invite you to discover a combination of French and regional cuisine. The restaurant is
also available during breakfast, lunch and dinner to the Atrium part of the hotel, allowing
its guests to enjoy the relaxing and picturesque scenery of the gardens and illuminated
pool area.

Breakfast
A variety of delicious choices, including fine cheeses, fresh fruit or our signature
dish of thinly rolled pancakes with maple syrup and brown sugar sauce, you will find the
perfect meal to start your day!
Sunday Brunch
Join us for our famous Sunday brunch! We offer a wide variety of hot and cold dishes
in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Two seatings are offered every Sunday at 10:30am and
12:30pm. Reservations are strongly suggested.

Lunch offerings
include a full salad bar,cheese platter, hot dishes and our famous in-room carved roast
beef.
Dinner
Join us every Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights and experience our incredible buffets.
Friday features "Surf and turf" offering you a wide selection of choices. Saturday features
an International buffet with favourite dishes from around the world
Sunday features a Traditional Buffet. Offering a variety of choices from a selection of
regional favourites.
Private Lounges for Special Events
Eight private rooms are available within the restaurant for groups up to 40 people. These
